How do tiny dreams come true?

What if something you desire the most was possible?

Do you think of that tiny yet powerful everyday life dream you have, often?

Are you wondering what it would take from you to do it?

How do you go and separate your emotions that are running loose, thoughts of "this is not possible", small action phases it would take to do that tiny thing and your circumstances from each other?

I've done the separating practice to my thoughts each weekday morning now for seven months.

And I've seen the power that my thoughts about something have in my actions.

Here's that tiny dream I had.

I wanted to start running again.

I had changed my exercising a bit and it meant that my body would be able to take running again into my weekly schedule.

But I felt weak and lazy, at least I thought I did.

Have you noticed how the people you surround yourself with affect you so much?

Well, my husband was that surrounding reminder to me as he stormed out with kids to play soccer on that lazy Sunday morning.

I was alone at home in my pajamas.

Enjoying the peace and quiet.

Yet my husband's energy reminded me of my tiny everyday life dream, running.

Sun was shining and my exercise clothes were clean and neat in a pile.

Maybe it was the thought of me regretting that I didn't use the opportunity, if I didn't go.

And perhaps an added bonus of remembering how deeply happy I felt when I ran outside in the wild.

I put on my running gear, wrote a note to my family and left for my regular running track.

And I can admit, I cried when I ran.

I was the happiest I had been for a long time.

Because I got in touch with my numbed emotions again.

That's why I love running.

It takes me to the edge of deeply feeling alive.

And into appreciating what I already have and what is truly valuable in life.

So, what is your tiny everyday life dream?

What are the actual super powers in your life today that can help you to simply start taking the small steps?

Who is it that sparks that energy in you?

What practice takes your thoughts captive and guides you to where you want to be?

Try it out in the smallest things and see how that starts affecting your today.

You're so deeply worth it.
