You know what I've been testing this week? Moving my body every single day.
It feels so good and for an old "non-athletic", it also feels empowering.
And especially on a week after the holiday when I feel more tired in my head because of early waking up, normal routines and uncomfortable amount of driving here in Uruguay this week, lol.
It actually happened quite spontaneously, what you see below.
Monday - Group pilates
Tuesday - Running with hubby
Wednesday - Biking with fam
Thursday - Group pilates tonight
For Fri - Sat - Sun I will be walking and taking slowly in all the Spring.
Pilates is actually my favorite right now from this list.
What's the one thing right now that feels the best way of moving your body to you?
Before I started running I never thought that moving your body would actually create more energy.
But then when you experience it and start to realize what movement does to you, it changes so much for you when you feel tired.
This thought can empower you into movement, when it becomes your perspective.
